CSS Tool Tips on Payment Link Choices in OSCommerce / CRE Loaded

I am interested in working with someone who's familiar with OSCommerce or CRE Loaded. I need to add CSS tool tips to a few of the payment links that appear on the check-out page. The solution that I am needing to use is here: [login to view URL] CSS Knowledge is key, but even more so is knowledge of OsCommerce or CRE Loaded I need someone who can start right away and finish quickly. This is a small task and I'd like to get completed right away. Please bid reasonably as this task is not large.
