Build a simple script shell to track bluetooth devices

We need a script shell that will do the following: First step retrieve a list of bluetooth mac addresses from an online page, one address per line. Second step For each bluetooth address, it should send a request to a server containing the address and the current state. Mandatory rules: - Every third party lib / program used should be available on the raspbian platform (it will run on a raspberry) - You should include a Readme / install script for everything that needs to be installed to run the program - The shell script will be run every minute or so from a cronjob.
