Hi I need to create an approval workflow. General flow is like this Someone upload the document with the proper title If the title contains p then form gets sent to parts and they fill it out and send it back If it contains S1,2,3,4 or 5 - R1,2,3,4 or 5 it should be sent to Sales to be filled and checked. After Sales dep. its gonna get sent to 5 other departments and should return to the original uploader all checked. If some of the people has a problem in the process they should be able to comment revise contact the uploader or any other department that viewed the form before them.
