I am looking to create an interactive auction website exclusively for the sale of real estate property. I have searched many off the shelf software programs but cant find anything suitable. I am aiming at emulating a website that already exists at [url removed, login to view]
Of course I would need to change the design somewhat to make it distinctive, and there would also be some other minor adjustments required but in essence I think that this particular style and format is about the best I have seen to date. I expect that ongoing site adjustments and engineering would be neccessary and to that effect am willing to enter into a service contract with the successful bidder.
