Create Wordpress MU Blogs

Hello, The job is to: 1. Search for free hosts that will allow installing wordpress MU blogs (it requires mod rewrite, PHP and database access). 2. Create accounts there. 3. Install fully functionable Wordpress MU there with plugins I specify. I need 30 full installs (each on different free host).
