Compile python extension on Windows

I need someone to compile a patched version of cjson against old, but well known release of Python on windows.

Target: 32-bit Windows build of Python v 2.4.4, md5sum:

8b1517fdbf287d402ac06cc809abfad6 [url removed, login to view]

It should be possible to compile the extension with a free version of msvc compiler, you'd need to find the correct (old) version.

Deliverables option 1 (preferred):

compiled extension

complete log of how it was done:

where to get the compiler

what commands to issue to install compiler and compile extension

Deliverable option 2:

compile extension only

Extension in question: cjson-1.0.5 with my patch, patch attached

Compiler version: you have to figure that you, should be pretty easy, you can use the compiler Python was compiled with, or matching version of free "express" compiler.
