Is good at PU resins/foams for formulation development

I'm a 4th year polymer PhD student in the top program in the U.S. Some of my thesis work is on coating polyurethane foams for flame retardants. I started producing my own 6 months ago.

Dear Sir or Madam, I gained experiences in ridged PU pouring processing and mixing process from the fridge manufacturer when I was working as a PU process engineer. There three substances in chemical preparing process ; Isocyanate, Plyol, and blowing agent(cyclopentane ) The mixing plant was designed as recirculation system which supplies the mixed-polyol and isocyanate to the vessel in processing area. The ratio of two chemical was controlled by metering system. In the generating PU, pour-head injects substances into the fridge under the high pressure condition then they will be mixed. PU foam expands over the time and it became a ridged foam after about 40 seconds. To maintain and improve foam physical and thermal properties are my main roles. Here are the foam quality indicators : -Density, K-factor, bubble in foam, foam mixing, cure time, I hope that my experience is able to contribute your project. Regards, Kasidit P.
