July 2003 – October 2012:
• Marketing & Commercial Director, coordinating activities relating to bidding / participating in auctions, public acquicontracting, marketing, and international cooperation, validation of new products, monitoring and reporting of production, management of complex projects.
October 2000 – July 2003:
• Counselor of the General Director in problems of marketing, bidding, contracting, production monitoring, and international co-operation.

1991- 2000 - «SC STEROM SA Campina» (former I.M. Campina, starting 1999-PCC Sterom and today-Sterom Cooper Cameron), a period when I have performed the following activities:
1993-2000: Manager of the Marketing-Prognosis Department
• Coordinate the marketing activity and direct it toward the identification of opportunities to penetrate other markets, promote STEROM SA products, find and appraise representatives on foreign markets of interest.
• Represent Sterom SA in various international fairs and exhibitions, economic missions and business trips in: Syria, Russia, Nigeria, Ghana, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Yugoslavia, Egypt, Jordan.
• Reconsider domestic customers and continuous growth of market share for STEROM SA products.
• Actions to find foreign investors interested in the privatization of STEROM SA.
1991-1993: Engineer with the Marketing-Prognosis Department, in
charge with market inquiry
• Prospect the domestic and foreign market of oilfield equipment, responsible for the following areas: Transilvania and Banat (domestic markets), Africa / Middle East respectively (foreign markets);
• Participate in various promotional actions (domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, economic missions, visit customers in Romania and abroad, represent STEROM SA at International Fairs in Bucharest, Tripoli-Libya (February 1992), Lagos-Nigeria (November 1992), as well as during a business trip in the main oil sites owned by the Syrian Petroleum Company (February 1993).
1981 – 1990 “Intreprinderea Mecanica Campina” (The Mechanical Works, Campina), a producer of oilfield equipment; during that period I have conducted the following activities:
1988-1990: Export Department, engineer responsible for offering activity.
• Prepare technical-commercial offers to participate in international auctions through “Industrialexport” Company, Bucharest;
• Prepare technical-commercial offers for the export on the markets of the former CAER, based on governmental cooperation agreements.
1985-1988: Deputy Manager and, starting 1987, Manager of the Technologic Design Department
• Develop technologies and design for tools, appliances, and instrumentation associated to new and re-designed products as well as revise manufacturing technologies of currently fabricated equipment;
• Develop control technologies for currently fabricated equipment;
• Implement new technologies resulting in productivity growth and improvement of product quality (90% of the products were destined to be exported)
1981-1985: Engineer with the Manufacture Preparation Department
• Participate in the Validation Program of oilfield equipment for off-shore drilling;
• Achieve performant equipment prototypes required for on-shore drilling.
