We're looking to hire a top-notch sales associate. We're headquartered in the Princeton NJ area, but the job's location can be anywhere within the US. The role will be part time to start but can become full time once you prove yourself. You Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start, or warm start.. You Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator and not afraid to ask for the close. Your work will be web and phone based. Hours of work are based on US-East coast. All training and work will be done wherever you are, but you need to have a up-to-date computer and broadband internet connection. PROJECT SCOPE: Run outbound prospecting campaigns with the objective of selling Review Branding Commercials to local businesses. Then setting appointments with the interested business owners for a Pre-Production Call and then a Technical Sign off call. (these are part of the production process.) What is a Review Branding Commercial? First go to Google and enter a search for "Tesla Motors Washington DC" Then watch the first commercial. After go to [login to view URL] to see and learn more. This is a "Foot in the Door" Marketing Strategy, where we will produce these commercials for businesses at a huge discount (providing value up front) in order to be able to discuss our other offerings. These commercials are worth $2000-3000 and we are asking you to sell them for only $297. If you KNOW you can do that this will be a great opportunity for you. We will pay an hourly rate (determined on experience) and then a $15 bonus for each commercial sold and appointment set. How many do you think you can sell in an hour? Will you sell two and make an additional $30 an hour? It is up to you. TOOLS PROVIDED: - Access to a CRM (Insightly) - Clear criteria and description of target segment - Access to powerful online tools to identify prospects and gather demographic/business intelligence/social data - Information on (our) core offering, products/services and relevant company -information (e.g. competitive strengths, ...) - Regular coaching, training and support - Email address, signature, a Skype account with a local number. REQUIREMENTS: Please do not apply unless you have the following: - Proven experience in outbound sales, prospecting, telemarketing and appointment setting - Demonstrated ability in taking a pool of "cold" early stage leads to appointments - Tenacity, persistence and the mindset of an entrepreneur/self starter - English as a native language or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communications skills (will be tested) - At least 10+ hours/week to dedicate to this project (initially) - A willingness to enter into a long-term agreement (months/years) HOW TO APPLY: We are looking for serious, motivated candidates with the right background. Being experienced, the performance you are seeking is an easy transition for me. Once I acquire the product knowledge, I can be up and running effectively and efficiently. First, I work with urgency to get in front of the right set of ears to make sure that I'm pitching the correct person. From there, I grab and hold their attention through the 1st 30 seconds. Then, I build trust by being friendly & engaging, to allow your prospect to open themselves up for the close. My approach is to recognize and establish the need and build value. Maintaining report, I will sense when objections are out of the way. Once that happens, there's nothing left but to close. When a phone sales conversation is handled properly, both parties enjoy the conversation and are sure of the close prior to closing. It's a sense of peaceful agreement that is unmistakable. It's like they're caught but glad about it. I have interest in your product which will allow me to be persuasive. I have 10+ years sales experience where I've been a top performer everywhere I've worked. I will follow the directions to earn the position. Being new to freelancer, I'm very much interested in an outstanding review. If you select my services, you are selecting a motivated salesperson with professional attitude, salesmanship, and skill. Everybody hates a bad salesmen. Bad salesmen, always, either fail to present themselves well, or to put themselves in their prospects shoes. Good salesmanship doesn't come off as 'sales-y'.
