Database Importation tool from custom CMS to Wordpress

I have a website based on a custom CMS and I want to import the articles to a new wordpress installation. The CMS is built on Ruby on Rails 2.x and MySQL 5.x. Articles, categories, subcategories, authors, photos , assets, tags and comments must be imported. No poll (Questions) and stats to be imported. Of course, the photos should be imported in thumbnail and should take care not to ruin the links. I'll give you the database form the old website and I need you to either give me a database that I can drop on a wordpress installation or preferably a wordpress XML import file.
