Delphi code - convert e-mails to TIFF

Purpose: Convert emails to TIFF Please provide quote for Delphi code to do the following: * Load SMTP and SQL user settings from an INI as needed * Download an email from a SMTP server * Store the entire email in SQL database as a blob (except for file attachments) * Store all the attachments as files in the following path “C:\Email_Downloaded_Files\?? * Store the file path into a child table with the parent key of the email from the email_header table * Store commonly used fields as database fields (example, Subject, To, From, Date ) * Convert email into to a TIFF file and store in the file path “C:\Email_Downloaded_Files\?? * Convert all PDF & Word attachments to TIFF or JPG file. * Delete the email from the SMTP server * Repeat steps for the next email on the server. PLEASE CLEARLY EXPLAIN YOUR CAPABILITIES AND HOW YOU WILL DO THIS PROJECT AND TIME IT WILL TAKE YOU TO COMPLETE ONCE STARTED. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
