Effective, Steady, Serious, and Consistant SEO guy needed

I am looking to improve my SERP on as many keywords as possible. I want someone that is steady and especially consistent! Please do not offer me silly plans including directory submission etc... and any other approaches that will do nothing to improve my rank. Your team or yourself must be able to write articles, blog posts, blog comments related to the topic of dating. This will be for 1 site in the online dating field. Quote me for one site, but do include in your PM the price of a second site... they are both dating sites. I do expect a report, but I would rather a weekly handwritten report than a daily generated report. I am open to suggestions as well, but I am looking for an ongoing relationship. I want to see results... and I know it doesn't happen overnight... but what I care most about is work being done. I have gone through numerous SEO guys already that do some work during the first month and die out after... do not contact me if that's the category you fall under. Also, you or your team must have close to PERFECT English... that includes knowing how to write articles grammatically sound... and without spelling errors... such as the proper use of their and there... this and these... etc. Please write "I understand" in your replies so I know you actually read this. I will dismiss anyone who will not include those 2 words. Simply put, I expect a personal touch and attention. I am very serious about this site... and hope you will take it just as seriously. Please submit a detailed plan, prices... tools you use, not the name, but what they do to help you achieve our goal... as well as suggestions you may recommend me doing.
