Administrative assistant needed

I need an administrative assistant to help run my company. It is a MUST they speak English well. This person MUST always have access to a stable Internet connection ( i have dealt with people who's lived places where ISP's are very unreliable. If you are in a situation like that I'm sorry but please do not apply). This Job will pay by salary and there is opportunity to get a percentage of profits for diligent work and strong commitment. Job Requires you know how to read, write and speak English fluently. You must know correct punctuation and grammar. You must be able to proof read and write content. You must know how to write SEO content or be willing to learn. This is a company that deals with industries that sell construction equipment. You will need to learn the business. If you have no experience in this industry, that's fine as long as your a fast learner. This job will entail mostly clerical work. ie, answering phones, replying to emails. Communicating with manufacturers. All things assosicated with running a business. You must be willing to learn new things and have the ability to learn quick. I have no problem hiring someone with not so much experience so much as they have the determination to get better. If you are from a developing country, if you have a strong work ethic that values honesty and hard work i would love to hear from you..
