So , now I have the data what I need for you to draw the graphs pie charts , bar charts . There must be three drawn graphs . From this graphs I would like you to write report . There must be 500 words The structure of the report must be at the following : 1 . Title page 2- acknowledgements This part gives you the opportunity to acknowledge those who may have helped you in collecting the information for the report . this may include library staff people . 3 – Contents The contents part lists all the main sections of your reports , in a sequential order . 4 – Abstract summary An abstract summaries the contents of the reports includes the purpose methods , scope , results and conclusions and recommendation . it is often easier to write this once the report is completed . 5 – Introduction A good introduction should provide in objective , scope and relevance of the work . It should also provide an overview of the report so the reader knows what to expect and indicates the level of the investigation and the limitation of the report . 6 – Methodology The methodology section tells the reader how you accumulated your data , did you use a questionnaire or carry out interviews ? who were the participants ? what materials where used 7 – Results and findings The results section is the visual representation of your findings . Tables and graphs with accompanying narrative should highlight what they show and illustrate the key results . they should relate to comments made in discussion . 8 – Discussion The discussion section is an opportunity for you to bring your ideas together and discuss key emergent themes from your data . it structure is equally important for the reader to understand your analysis . it is good idea to subdivide your information in to logical paragraphs . Ask yourself : . what did you find ? . what is the significance ? . what problems did you encounter ?
