Hello If I understood correctly there are two jobs to be done in this project. One is to apply a low pass filter to time series data, which can be done using pandas and second is to develop a linear regression model not use an existing one as we will need the theta vector to see the equation. I have been working on machine learning projects for 1 year now so I have done the second part of the project many times.
