Discover the most influential users

Identify Influential Nodes from a directed network graph subtracted form twitter environment, G(V,E) where V is node and E is the edge between two nodes. Considering trust relationship between nodes either positive (trust) or negative (distrust): using retweet graph to measure the trust. I want this project done using Python (Notebook python).
