We are setting up a business to outsource administrative (data entry, client contacting) and telesales duties in the Financial Planning industry in Australia to India. We need someone with Project Management experience in India to run a feasibility study looking into: - Costs involved to rent an apartment to use, labour costs, supervisor costs, computer costs, running costs, etc - Setting up a phone system vs using another companies system and storage capabilities - How to ensure 100% privacy of data, including encryption We will go through our business plan in more detail to explain specifics of what we are looking for.
