Architect - Australia

We are an award winning architecture practice from Melbourne, Australia, who work mainly on small scale residential projects. Looking for an Architect, registered in Australia with 5+ years experience to work on an as-need basis for the construction documentation phase of a project. Role will include: - Complete full documentation of project for construction Including: Detailed drawings Technical Specification Finishes, fittings, electrical, insulation, door and window schedules - Liaise with the structural engineer, building surveyor and other relevant consultants to coordinate documentation We will still be involved in the project, but ideally I'd like someone with enough experience and expertise to take on this aspect of the project. Suggest there will be approximately 20+ hours a week at this stage. We would propose starting with a small project and if it's successful and we work well together, we can go from there. Would suit a freelancer, or an Architect on maternity leave. Prefer located in Melbourne, but open to opportunities within Australia. We work mainly on Revit. Thanks! Chris
