The site will address the following areas: Features ---------------- - Property rentals - Property buy - Property news - Discussion board - Short term rentals - Surburb/Town profiles - Build property - Property Finance - Post requirement(a buyer can post a need for a property he wants) - View wanted properties(posted via post requirement) - Auto-rezing of property images(when uploading them) - Video links capture(some properties have you tube videos) - A comprehensive banner ads management system - Property alerts - "People also viewed" this functionality; when viewing a property - A back end module - Subsites for property agents and other property service providers Look and Feel ------------------ The site should be highly welcoming with a trendy and attractive look and feel; colours, fonts, edges and general appearance Accessability ----------------- The site should be accessible via desktop and mobile devices A complete functional specifications document will be sent to the successful bidder ## Deliverables **- Finance Property? ** ? ? - be able to input and display financial loans products data from different institutions keyed in manually? by a user. The sent newsletter should mine content from the main site. Some key features of the newsletter are as follows: - ability to add content manually - ability to pick system content eg. latest property listings and latest news - ability to email the newsletter to a select number of email addresses - Integration with user registration module, so that users can choose to opt in or opt out - Preferred technology is php and mysql **Other capabilities** **Video Content? Basically by clicking a List Property Link, one should be guided through easily and be able to list a property - Service providers directory - the site should provide for a service providers directory that will list all service providers - The site should provide a facility for creating sub-sites for service providers. Drop-shadows, shades, gradients and reflections without over doing it ? - The site should cater for preparation and distribution(via email) of newsletters - Backend module - the system should provide a comprehensive back end module that will be used to manage the various data elements - Permissions management - the system should have a permissions management system that will allow for? creation of user roles and allocation of access rights - The system modules should integrate well amongst themselves - The system should have a comprehensive and easy to use property search functionality Once we choose a vendor, we will go ahead and give him a detailed functional spec document that explains this product more.? This document will explain in more detail the functionalities that have been listed here. The chosen vendor? should agree to do the following: - Agree to a weekly catchup teleconference via skype - Agree to an Agile project? delivery versus a waterfall approach - Agree to deliver the product in iterations eg. week 1 might entail delivery of the Buy module. ie. I want an interative approach versus a big bang approach - The vendor should also detail how he will support the product after it goes live. ie. what will need to? be put in place etc. eg. contract, annual fees etc.
