Seeking a professional company who can build an application which will records calls from a mobile device client. Our client solution works two ways.
1) On the Blackberry device the conference call is initiated and then we will need the application to answer the call.
2) With this solution the app on the mobile device works in the background,
catches any dialing and ends it immediately and reserves the original-dial-number.
- Silent internet connection established sending the original-dial-number to specific http web-portal.
- After http-communication, failed or succeeded, the app dials another fixed-number (DID).
What we need is the server (having the DID - direct inward dialing - number to record the call)
## Deliverables
Seeking a professional company who can build an application which will records calls from a mobile device client. Our client solution works two ways.
1) On the Blackberry device the conference call is initiated and then we will need the application to answer the call.
2) With this solution the app on the mobile device works in the background,
catches any dialing and ends it immediately and reserves the original-dial-number.
- Silent internet connection established sending the original-dial-number to specific http web-portal.
- After http-communication, failed or succeeded, the app dials another fixed-number (DID).
- If http-operation has failed, so that server doesn't have original-dial-number, the app sends original-dial-number in DTMF when the fixed-number dial is connected.
Example:
- You try to call me +20123585294
- Application saves the number and cancels the call
- Application send the original number to the server using HTTP
- Application calls the server using the saved # in the settings (what they call "DID" <[login to view URL]>)
- The server calls the original number (my number) and connects both of us together (conference)
- The server records the call
**What we need here is the server (having the DID number) to record the call.**
