Android and iPhone App with camera integration

Basically we are looking for an App for Android phones and for iPhone also with the same functionality. I can split these up into two different projects if needed but I would prefer one person who could do both.

This app would be used by our staff or people we have trained to operate the app at a promotional event. It would not be available to the public for consumers to use.

This app woudl take pictures or videos with the built-in camera in the mobile phone and then collect an email address from the person in the photo or video. The photo or video and an xml containing the email would then be uplaoded to our server via Wi-Fi or the cell phone data plan.

## Deliverables

The App would have a Settings Area with the following form fields:

Select Borders

Collect Email or Photo Code option buttons

Website Upload or Email Photo checkboxes

EventID field

SystemName field

Photographer field

Location field

Description field

ftp address

ftp username

ftp password

The main window of the application would have a way taking photos or videos on the camera. Once a photo has been taken you would be prompted to select a border from the borders that are available. (These are available from the borders in the settings)

The user would see the photo or video that they just captured with the camera. A screen would pop-up asking for the email address field or a photo code. It could be email or photo code field. Then the user enters the email or photo code in the field and hits send.

The photo or video is then renamed and uploaded to our server via cell data plan or Wi-Fi on cell.(need capability of connection either way) The new filename is the system name_date-timestamp. Also with the photo or video is an xml file that is named the same thing as the photo or video. Inside the xml is the email address or photo code that was captured. (see attached xml file) Also uploaded is a upload details xml file which contains the eventid, photographer, location and description fields from the settings of the app. This file only needs to be uploaded once per day/session. The app can create a session each time it is opened or per day and keep uploading files with the same details info xml rather than having to upload this each time.

If Email was chosen, then the server will send an email with the photo or a link to the photo.
