Customer care, email support needed

Hi I need to hire a support desk for my website. I do not like how the one's online make customers register and log in. I like them to be able to email my domain address but it to hard to keep up... if you have some sort of an idea for a help desk please let me know. But i need agents(s) to answer my emails, and be available to work at least 1 to two hours a day... if you want to take weekends of then please be prepared to work 4 hours on mondays. I get about 40-100 emails a day and most of the answering will be you attaching files to send customers or copy and pasting answers from my FAQ book. Some stuff you will need to learn as you will have to give a variety of answers in some cases. The emails are usually pretty short and don't require much thought to them.. I need someone who speaks very good english and understands grammer and can figure out what people are saying if they have bad grammer.. lol If you speak another language as well, then let me know. Thats a plus..
