Design a range of extreme sport kit bags/travel bags

We are a start up company looking for a top quality, experienced product designer to carry out a few projects for us. The first will be to design a range of stylish yet practical bags targetting people who compete in extreme sports who are image conscious. We will need a kit bag designing with the following features 1. Lightweight yet strong [login to view URL] compartemets for various bits of kit. I.e Boots, neckbraces, goggles. The compartments will need to be removable for people who do not need them. 3. A seperate waterproof section for dirty/wet clothing 3.A fold out mat - this would be positioned just inside the top of the bag and roll out enough so that people can stand on it when getting changed 4. The bag will have distinct red cross stitching, which will be common on all bags within the range helping to build brand recognition through its stylish features. 5. The colours will be mainly dark grey and black with iconic red, water resistant zippers. 6. An easily accessible section for valuables or other belongings. 7. Hard base so that the edges do not scuff easily. Another brand who makes extreme sports kit bags is OGIO. Their 9970 bag is of similar size. The second bag would be a rucksack featuring the same iconic red cross stitching and zippers and same black and grey colours. The bag would need, again, practical features. Section for passport/money/mobile phone and any other necessities needed for travelling. The whole front section can be zipped open to expose the inside of the bag. Within the main section of the bag will be two removable pouches in order to keep belongings organised and accessible e.g on a flights and only need certain things. The removable pouch will erase the need to keep lifting bag in and out of overhead locker. There would need to a waterbottle holder on side of the bag made out of rubber wire. The third bag would be a smaller wheeled bag, similar in size to the North Face Overhead T02T7B. Again we would need accessible compartments with an emphasis on practicality and style as well as being lightweight and durable! The bags will be aimed at image conscious extreme sports people so style and practicality is of utmost importance!
