-- circuit and PCB layout design (PCB layout ready for fabrication (Gerber file).

--Component

1) SIM800L (specified pins are keep accessible to microcontroller and user.)

2)ATMEGA328P SMD version (pro mini open source architecture with 8MHz and 3.3 V)

3) Voltage conflict management with lipo charging (power path management) (using this kind of IC MP2617)

4) Single phasing, reverse phasing, Unbalanced supply, Auto reset in such condition.( Reference circuit available)

5)two channel relay board and remaining I/O ports are kept outside with protection

6) Power supply(SMPS) for it (85-440V sustainable )

Block diagram and some specific requirement are discussed at finalising stage

Compleat payment released after the project is successfully tested.

Working
we have 3 phase 440V supply available at the site. From 440V we need to supply to drive GSM, Microcontroller, LiPo charging and relay. as shown in block representation.
3 phase Protection circuit detect fault like single phasing, reverse phasing and unbalance voltage. in any case, this circuit gives 5V signal to the digital pin of the microcontroller. GSM based communication are used to drive the relay.
Power path management is automatically control charging of lipo battery at same time drive load. when there is no power battery will drive the load.
