combine all csv files in a directory

Project description: Create a batch or powershell script to combining all the csv files in the same directory as script file into a single tab delimited text file in the same directory. Output file should contain the header line of the first file and not subsequent lines. The output file should also contain 3 columns not in the original csv files: Column1: the name of the original csv file Column2: the created date of the original csv file Column3: the last modified date of the original csv file Bid should provide a) fixed cost, b) projected completion date of the job
