Design Creatively n article writing - open to bidding

Hi, I saw your profile and I need to projects to be done separately. First is the professional artistic and very creative designing of a hand drawn painting I'll send you as I'm not artistic so basically you have to turn my work into a better/beautiful version. It's a simple small painting drawn like a kid. Second would be writing a article, again already written by me, in a professional manner. Since I'm providing the basic work done, I do not expect a very high cost on them as you have to just make them beautiful. I'm not posting these jobs for now as I'm looking for one person to do both jobs.
