Cover

Hello, Cyprian, I have a new job for you. I have to do a cover for a book to me (format B5 = 14 cm x 21 cm). I've made a model that I have and I am attaching all the images (cover flat front, illustrations oft back, fla etc..) in psd format, but I can not do the editing. I've done a draft of the cover with the dimensions in QuarkXPress. Can you, starting from this, give me a blanket with Photoshop (I have the CS version 8.0) indicating the swallows cutting? In total, the coverage will measure only 315 mm x 210 mm, but it is better to expand a bit to be sure that, when cutting, there will be no white around the front flat . However, I consider that the image is centered in the manner I have indicated, from the back which should be 19 mm wide.
