We would like to have a drawing made into a colorized rendering. The 21 Oaks attachment shows the entire development. Our lots are Outlot B, 1-23. I would like this map in the background (it is not necessary to keep colorized as it is now.) It is important to show the roads; Pioneer Drive and Dale Road so that the neighborhood location is clear. The 21 Oaks Preliminary Plan attachment show a clearer drawing of our section of the neighborhood. We would like our piece more pronounced; larger, maybe a box to include our area only, zoomed in from the 21 Oaks attached drawing. The trails highlighted in yellow, I would like them colorized as trails. Noted also are the pond areas that should be colorized blue for water.
