I have a picture of a doberman looking down at a camera. Unfortunately, there are some ugly, stained ceiling tiles in the background. I'm wondering how much it would cost to either remove the stains or just remove the ceiling tiles and replace them with a sky background (or something similar). I have no idea what kind of time or skills are involved, so this is just a preliminary inquiry. I'm not looking to spend more than $5 since this is just one of several hundred pictures we post every month in our dog daycare gallery. Thanks!
