cad, sketchup, 3d modeling

Need cad technician / designer to cooperate in some projects. If you subcontract people this is not for you, I need dedicated architect as I he/she will work remotely. I do have tight deadlines so PLEASE NO TIMEWASTERS!!!. My experience in this forum is majority of freelancer is just after easy money. I will allocate specific tasks for project and create job for each new project. To start with send me sample of complex project in 3 d you've done yourself either for university, work, etc. Hablo espanol si prefieres en este idioma. I use vectorworks (for 2d) but we can export / import to autocad as is standard in this business. on the 3d I prefer some work done in sketchup (presentations) and of course photorealistic work in a range of otpions.
