Arena Light Source

Two things required for this project: 1) Provide a replica light like the one with the arrow pointing to it in the attached picture - must be able to adjust the size 2) Provide a replacement light source that radiates down - must also me adjustable - nice clean light, about 5500K These lights are over top of team pictures. We over power them with strobes so they are left up there looking dull and ugly. I would like them to have the appearance of radiating down. Please reply proposal of how you will re-create the actual light and explain how you will build the adjustable light source. Photoshop files required. Thanks
