Build html pages from existing website - strict html and css

We have an existing website design ( home page ) and content page designed in html and css. We are looking for a web developer to code out some more pages for us. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED frontend web designer / developer to work with us for LONG TERM contract. Here is the first project we require. You may need to create buttons (using css rollover effects) however all the HTML for the design will be supplied. You just need to code out some additional elements on each page and clean up the html and css. Homepage - Page already created, just need to add some new elements. About page - Page already created just add the content and make it look nice. Item listing page - Page for items to be listed. We have the design, just need to finish off the coding. item detail page - pretty much finished just need to finish off last minute html coding. User profile page - Create links and additional pages for each links. Content will be supplied. We will have on going work every month with minimum hours for the RIGHT person. If you bid with a generic bid that you place on every other project your bid will be ignored. We are also looking for someone who is honest, hard working, can communicate well that we can work with over the long term. This first project will be the test project to see your work. If you successfully complete this project, we will offer the ongoing position to the right person.
