Concept Design

- New Entry - 3-4 bedrooms plus bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. Smaller bedrooms with good storage rather than larger rooms with poor storage. - Double garage with storage for bikes and possible room to train. - Plenty of storage (large cupboards in ldry) - Bed 1 can be removed. Will likely be fully removed to make room for double garage - If required push out existing external entry wall to line up with existing external walls - Bed 3, dining, kitchen and lounge to remain unchanged. - Possible master bedroom wr can be the new bed 3 wr. making it a bigger room - End of passage or possibly bed 2 to be new entry - new internal stairs possibly in bed 2 or existing entry (if in entry then existing wall will need to move out) - if we loose bed 2 for stairs and/or entry, we still need to have another bed 2 downstairs somewhere. This will be a study come bedroom. - existing ldry, wc and bathroom to be reconfigured/redesigned. These internal walls can be moved around and new ones created. New bathroom and toilet to be separate.
