I need someone to run my e-commerce web site for 3-4 hours/day, M-F. The site sells office furniture and office equipment in the U.S. The the hours should be about 9-12 noon PST. Duties include answering customer calls. Calls will be inquiries about products, shipping quotes and some damage item issues. checking for fraud. Other duties are processing orders both from the web site and offline (some people order over the phone, with a CC form or with a Purchase order), obtaining freight quotes from a few vendors, e-mailing that to the customer, and following up with a sale. Also needed is taking care of damaged items for customers, handling returns, tracking back-orders, and sending shipping notices to customers (some of this will be automated when you complete the order).
You will need to be familiar with the CMS in Magento, Quickbooks (just for PO and customer entry) speak English very well, be organized, courteous and care about the customers.
