Create an Admin interface for updating a webpage (perl)

Hi I have a webpage that is written in Perl. There is a checlist section that when I need to update I have to log into MyPhp admin to do the update to the items on that checklist page. I would like to be able to do that from an admin interface. #2. I would like to add one additional colum to the checklist page so that I can put a "More Info" link associated with the task #3 On the contact page I would like to add a tool tip to the action items This explains it further ==> <[login to view URL]> I would like the admin interface to allow me to make these updates. The admin interface does not have to lok pretty, just functional for what I am trying to do. Please send some example of the type of work you have done. The admin interface page does not have to be written in perl but obvoiusly the edits to add the extra colum and add the tooltip would have to be in perl for it to work. Thanks
