Adult webhosting desired outside US

I run a variety of adult websites. I currently host them on my own equipment on my own US premises. The cost of electricity has risen quite high here, keeping it cool in the summer is too expensive. I seek a reliable alternative in a data center somewhere outside the US with good connectivity and 24/7 service. I am looking for dedicated hosting. I only am interested in UNIX systems. Linux (SUSE/SLES, RedHat are what I am most familiar with for server environment)Solaris, whether x86 or SPARC, are preferred. I absolutely require root privilege. If anyone is running a service on solaris 10, root in my own container/zone is acceptable (similarly anyone doing hosting on the IBM mainfram environment where each linux is a virtual machine...I only need the VM not the platform). I'll maintain the O/S you maintain the hardware -- and backups. I require 1 GB of RAM and 40 GB of disk (a LUN on a SAN running RAID5 is fine otherwise I need mirroring i.e. RAID1). Bandwidth at this time looking for a megabit of outbound capacity (or 512k burst to 1.5M). Processor: a Pentium III more than 1GHZ or any PIV. SPARC, an Ultra III+ 700+ MHz. All my content is legal ADULT but I will not accept anyone's pre-approval or inspection of my content as a condition of hosting -- its my system and my sites and my corporation owns and is responsible for the content. Please don't try to b-s me. I have built and operated several ISPs and webhosts back in the 90s (all out of business alas). I'm a f/t UNIX sysadmin and experienced senior network engineer. Expect to have specific technical questions and know that I will be checking IP address registration, checking your route advertisements in the looking glass and doing traceroutes from the looking glass and my own desktop. Your bid should be for monthly service.
