Data Extraction from external site,copywriting and SEO/Link building

I am looking for someone to dothe following for me on a relatively new e-marketplace site: 1. Write me a sales letter. This sales letter will be used to mass market via email to potential clients. 2. Data Extraction from a website of specific data and provided to me in an excel spreadsheet. 3. SEO/Link building to increase the PR of my site in search engines. These are the 3 ways I need this to be done : Submission to web directories and search engines, Link building via article submission to article directories and general SEO.
