We need someone to convert the attached code from a Perl program to C#/.Net. The program was built using ActivePerl but we need it to be in C#/.Net. It must be tested and produce the same results. The file [login to view URL] is the input file. The same results should come from the perl program as from the C# program when the conversion is complete.
