componenet modification

Hi! (1)I need someone with PHP and joomla experience to replace the stock photo album in EZrealty ([login to view URL]) with Monoslideshow ([login to view URL]) and maintain the EZrealty functionality (upload, search, browse, index, categorize, edit, label etc) and maintain the monoslideshow thumbnail functionality. I still want ezrealty to work the same way but with a different album. This is the stock ezrealty album that i would like to replace [login to view URL],com_ezrealty/task,detail/id,1/Itemid,/ I need to use the ezrealty album control panel to easily and dynamically control the content of all my monoslideshow albums. I have 5 other installed and running monoslideshow albums (aside from the stock ezrealty component album that you will be replacing) where i want to show 5 different album contents to reflect the 5 different topics in 5 different pages in the site and need to be able to create / edit / control all the album contents and labels dynamically and easily from the ezrealty control panel. I would assume you need to modify the [login to view URL] file, as its the file that displays the full property details page as well as the root [login to view URL] file and other files to maintain functionality. The site is currently under construction www.viasiarealestate.com. (2) Before you work on the modifications though, I need help in upgrading my ezrealty component from version 4 to version 5. It is a simple upgrade as the software is upgradable. I just do not want to lose the css styling and mods my other coder made. It would be great if you can do something to make changes outside the component and automate the application of the modifications so that every time i upgrade my components, i do not have to worry about losing the component modifications you and the other programmers made. (3) I also need to put a Disable option on some of the drop down menus on the front page to hide it from my site visitors as i do not need some of these menus now -but would need an enable feature in the control panel just in case i decide to show it in the future. All your configurations must be user friendly. Please do not ask me to pay upfront. I am willing to escrow once we are in agreement. It doesn’t matter to me where you are from so long as you can communicate in english well.
