Preferably this should be coded so that it can be manageable and rate are changeable. Front End Login / register Results Games Real time to keep popular coin value displayed on the page. Backend For user Able to set up profile ( name, location..etc) Be able to manage fund - deposit/withdraw Betting invoices Admin Create lottery games set /draw date. To manage user. New winner. All withdraw must be verified by admin before transaction payout. Set lottery payout rate rate. Set casino game payout percentage. More details will be discuss when qualified and skill bidder can proof their skills and show portfolios. One of our main concern are the security. if you unsure how to code a highly secure website please do not bid.
