Build a additional module in Magento Webshop

For my Magento webshop I need a additional module/extention to create custom inkt stamp/textplates. The stamps we are selling are from Trodat/Colop. A customer must be able to create his own stamp with a stamp creator module in the webshop. After the order is completed by the customer we must be able to download or receive a mail with the order and stamp files. The module should not be in Flash.
