Company presentation as iOS/Android App (native)

We need a presentation of our company as a native App for iOS (and Android) including a backend where we can edit the content shown in the app with a rich-text-editor. The app should contain the following tabs: - "About us" (1 page with text and pictures) - "News" (table view with a small picture, title and short description and according detail views, attachment of PDFs to the detail view possible) - "Galery" (pictures in categories with zoom, categories and pictures can be managed at the backend) - "Calender" (shedule of events with a detail view) - "Store Finder" (a zoomable map with the nearest stores at the present position (gps) (maybe even with a route-planner) All content should be editable in the backend and need to be stored in a local database on the mobile device with an automatic synchronisation in the background at each start of the app. If new news are entered in the backend a push notification should be generated. We also need the ability to send push notification to certain user-groups from the backend. Therefore user-groups should be manageable from the backend as well. The backend should be programmed in either Coldfusion (which we prefer) or PHP. You will provide a little user manual for the backend as well as a sufficient documentation of your code. After your work is paid we need to inherit all the rights of the source code and you agree to that we won't mention you as a developer. The software have to run completly on our servers by then.
