Create a secure reservation form that processes credit cards via Stripe

I'm an in house web designer who has little experience with web dev. So I need someone with knowledge of handling sensitive data (credit card #'s, and customer information) and securely processing that information. As the title says, work needs to be done on a reservation for so it checks off on three things below: 1. SSL certificate which is only available from the website host (no third-party allowed) so that will mostly be my job. 2. Collect reservation information and store it in database. Then, depending on reservation data, an invoice is generated and displayed to customer with total charges. 3. Collect payment. Credit cards are safely processed by Stripe (Google it) so that we keep no data on our end. This is majority of the work but Stripe makes it pretty straightforward. 4. Customer is provided with a simple receipt. Stripe does the receipt generation so the only part that really needs to be worked on is #2 & #3. We'll work together on this since I was the one who originally created the site and so you won't have to deal with any headaches trying to explain the technical side to non-tech people and that way we'll hopefully be able to get this job done with more ease.
