data entry web page

This project will work with an RFID reader [[login to view URL]][1] which will read tags and cards via the page (as a control). I do not need this level of authentication as provided by the touchatag site. no data will be written back to the RFID tag or card. The page should indicate that a reader has been detected or that no reader has been detected. The purpose of the page is to enroll RFID tags and cards and associate them with a particular individual. Personal information relating to the tag or card holder will be entered into? the page together with their RFID tag UID Once data has been entered, the user will be asked to create a username and password to create an account. Once the RFID holder has registered their information and registered their RFID tag, they will be able to change their personal data by logging in using username and password. The RFID tag holder will also have the ability to upload an image of themselves and have the option to use a camera or web cam attached to the pc. The code will have to use PHP as my ISP does not allow asp.net. The card reader will use PCSC of which there are many links for source code I have this application already written in delphi and .net and an old version of VB so all source code is availible. It is essential that you look at the touchatag web site so you can get a clear understanding of what I want to achieve. This is now a big community and this site also has source code and support.
