Develop a Wordpress Theme(repost)

I need a Wordpress Theme designed for my pesonal blog. The new design needs to accomodate all the plugins I want to run on the theme as well. None of the plugins require any special coding. I also want a very Web2.0ish look. The design, look and feel of the design should be all We2.0ish, including the buttons, text, colours, etc. I'll also provide some pictures which should be built into the system, as the designer feels ok. If the pictures do not fit into the design scheme, I am okay with that but ideally I would like them to be included. Kindly submit a quote for the same, please include links to any previous work you have done. p.s. - please also take a look at the attached file for more details on the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
