Design dating website

Hi all, We need a design for a dating website, this website will be subscription based and with an emphasis on freedom and security. We want a nice clean and open design and would like it built using html / xhtml and css Please do not use nested Divs to create tables! We need - Front page (including space for banners) - Search Page (multiple members - each with a picture, and a brief description of the user) - Membership tier page (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) - Registration page (step by step) to take Name Age Gender Location Looking for Interested in (men / women / bot / other) Relationship status Children Smoker Drug user Drinker E-mail Mobile Land line Website Activites Interests Favourite music Favourite television Favourite Films Favourite Books Favourite Quotations About Image upload - Profile page page - Contact Us page - About Us page You don't need to make anything functional we just want a good clean design suitable for 1024x768 screen and xhtml compliant - it also needs to look the same in Firefox, Chrome and IE6/7/8 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
