This is to add some functionality to an already existing website. The site already has some navigation and a very basic layout. We'd like the following functionality added:
1) Ability for users to sign up with a username and password and required profile data (must be extensible data items)
2) Email is sent when users sign up and an admin can validate user via an admin panel when verified
3) Ability for confirmed users to upload content (zip files containing code or documents they have created typically less that 5MB)
4) A virus scan would be awesome at this point and would gain you a bonus but not necessary.
5) Dynamic content management and categorizing. When the user uploads they have to fill out an entire form. the form categories have to be defined in xml so they can be extensible and an admin should be able to add to these items. Some form items will be drop-down items.
6) Admin panel to manage all content and users
7) All the uploaded content must be available for download on the page under the correct category as soon as approved by an admin account.
8) Stats on downloads to be shown next to the item.
9) All content must match the look and feel of current site which can be found on [[url removed, login to view]][1] and must be installed before final payment.
Very similar to [url removed, login to view] overall but simpler and with less restrictions.
<b>IMPORTANT</B> No bids will be considered without a quick mock up of an admin panel, an upload page, and an extensible form including required opjects.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Everything must run at very fast speed without bugs or glitches
5) We expect 4 passes before acceptance
6) Developer must commit to fix all bugs and address all needs within scope to our satisfaction
7) Installation of the components on our hosting account is required.
## Platform
Should be able to run on any major hosting service such as 1on1 or godaddy or plesk. But generally any linux/unix based system with database.
.Net is also acceptable but would require the programmer to install everything.
