CMS Installation and Banner Design

This project would include the design of a FLASH website banner and the installation and customization of a CMS! My requirements are as follows: **_Banner Requirements _*** Banner must be Christian in nature and have to be integrated into an existing website template that I have. **_Banners I Like: _**<[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> **_CMS:_** Content Management System * Use same banner that was created. * Clean and user-friendly navigation structure. * Search engine friendly/compliant. * PayPal donations integration. * Members only registration form and access to seperate restricted area for message board, link recommendation submissions, and chat. (ONLY) * Easily maintainable by myself. * Easily portable to multiple domains. * Free support if their is an error on "your" behalf once the product had been delivered. I would like a PHP solution with the use of flat files or MYSQL. I want the enterance page of the CMS to be able to support the fetching of RSS feeds from other web sites. Content such as local movie listings and show times, lastest Christian News, Local weather reports, and things that would be interesting and automatically updated! I will be provided; database names/locations, FTP access to host, ect ... I will "not" provide access directly to my hosting provider account itself, so don't ask for a login name or password!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I use Windows XP as an operating system. The domains in which these websites will exist on are hosted on Linux Servers with PHP and MYSQL databases.
