Build niche Flash video site with CMS.

I am looking for an experienced web developer or development team to help me implement a niche, video based website. The site will show fishing videos that will be played via a media player. ? I have the majority of the design work already completed and need the site coding in line with current web standards. I would like the site produced in PHP, although other suitable programming language can be considered. A simple membership system for the site is required as well as a content management system for the video content. There are also some elements of flash involved with video be played in flash video format. Alongside the main video section of the site there will also be a user forum and site store. The forum has not yet been designed yet and suggestions for a forum plug-in or any other solution are welcome. The store on the site will be very simple and will be made up of a selection of Amazon aStores. These stores are created entirely through Amazon and will simply need to be embedded into the main site using iframes.? I am looking for proven coders who can supply high quality and secure code. Video will be converted to .flv format before being uploaded so no server side encoding is required.? ? ? The video element of the site should work in a similar way to the following examples with users selecting videos from a channel list and with the use of a scrolling menu / playlist. These result scan then be sorted using the sort drop down option. **Content management system** As part of the site I will need a content management system to allow me to manage videos and associated affiliate links. For each video I need to be able to do the following:? * Associate an affiliate link to each video and have an active product link button. * Add a product thumbnail alongside the product link button. * Add a thumbnail from the video to be shown in the playlist * Add a video title and short description to be shown in the playlist. * Add a more detailed description of the video being shown. * Put all videos into two categories ??" channel and country of production. * Add tags to videos to help user searches The CMS should be easy to use and allow for videos to be easily added and removed. I am open to suggestions on how the CMS can be created. ? **Store **The store on the site will also be very simple and will be made up of a selection of Amazon aStores (<[login to view URL]>). These stores, example here: (<[login to view URL]> ) will be created via Amazon and will simply need to be embedded on the site using an inline frame. There will be a number of stores for different countries and user should be able to choose which store they view. **Forum **A user forum is required. The forum has not yet been designed and suggestions for a forum plug-in or any other solution are welcome. I would like the forum to be international and if possible have the option for threads and posts to be sorted by the country of posting (if this is not easy to do then it is not necessary). Users must be registered as members to use the forum so a membership system is also required. **Search & Sort options** A video search option should be included on the site and allow users to search for videos and refine by category (channel & country of production). A sort option should also allow the playlist to be sorted by A-Z, most recently added, random sort and number of views. **Share & add to favourites options** Buttons in the product details section of the video player should allow the user to share the video and add to favourites. To share content users should be able to enter an email address or multiple addressee and send a link to anyone they wish. ? Members of the site should also be able to save video in a list of favourites. These favourites should be shown in their account and allow them to replay videos. **Advertising / Affiliate Links** Some advertising will be displayed on the site and standard size banners will be used. The positions of these are shown in the example page layouts. **Search Engine Optimisation** I would like the site to be search engine friendly and any advice on how to improve optimisation would be useful.
