Adjust Joomla Template to scale width

An existing Joomla Template must be adjusted, so it scales to a wider width, or as an alternative, another template might be adjusted to not to use the full screen width. Please have a look at the attached Web Design. We tried to find a Joomla Template which fits best to achieve this design, and found the following templates to be suitable: - [login to view URL] "Apr 05 Bonus Open Office" - [login to view URL] "Dec 06 Elixer 2.0" The website must scale to 1024 width (at least) or let's say a little less to display well on a 1024x768 screen. The Rockettheme support team states, that Open Office does not scale to 1024 and must be modified to do so. Elixer is able to scale, but the blue and green bar under the mainmenu which run over the full screen which are distorbing the design. Options: - OpenOffice must be adjusted to scale to 1024. - Elixer must be edited so the bars do not run over the full screen. Further, the vertical menu must display in a round edged box, and we need the possibility to have another contents module which displays in a round shaped box as well, if you choose this option. If you bid, let me know which way you would go and why. Note: There will be follow-up jobs to adjust further things to tweak the template you choose and add contents. But this will happen after our designer furnishes the design dependent on the possibilities of the template. You will get FTP access to the template installed on our server to perform the job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
